Conchita is novelty act that took itself seriously and conned people into thinking represents the LGBT community. Having "her" on their show scores political/cultural points and they think that makes them look good
Molly is just a normal average girl and is basically worthless to them (no offense to Molly but you know what I mean). She's no different then anyone else and therefore isn't worthy of an interview even though she's a rising artist who represented the country with honor and respect
Notice Lena, Loreen and Emmelie de Forest got nothing when they won. That's cause they don't have the "strange/odd" factor like Conchita has. Conchita is no different then Susan Boyle or any other novelty act and that's all their interested in. Conchita fits the stereotypical view of Eurovision and Molly doesn't
