This is AMAZING newsSo no pre-recorded vocals, most def. According to rumours, the male backing vocalist is Artem Pyvovarov.
I'm not "searching for excuses" to have an opinion, mate. I just don't like pre-recorded backing vocals in a song that is a part of a contest. If there are live backing vocalists at a show with that song - that's really great, I'll be looking forward to that. And the same goes for their Malmö performance (I'm pretty sure they are going to Malmö, and since the rules allow live backing, I hope that's what they'll choose to use, but I haven't got any insight into whether that option is often used or not). Will you change your position if there will be live backing vocalists on Vidbir? Or you'll keep searching for excuses to dislike them?
For the first time Vidbir will be available in sign language.
Tvorchi will perform orchestral version of Heart of Steel (and it slaps ).
Btw, this is the same orchestra that performed with ONUKA in Eurovision 2017 interval act:This song was underrated. Can't wait to hear it with orchestra, I can already imagine how it could be arranged.
P.S. Also, they were the most handsome Ukrainians on Eurovision, so maybe I'm a bit biased
My favourite interval act of all timeBtw, this is the same orchestra that performed with ONUKA in Eurovision 2017 interval act:
