I can't think of another song that's been in top 5 odds yet had so little buzz around it. I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing - it may surprise people on the night plus casual viewers will be hearing all the songs for the first time. We don't get a lot of RnB at Eurovision so it may stand out especially to younger viewers

Maybe because there is nothing to complain about it because it's just so flawless.

It's not the most competitive song but I still love it as much as I did in December. And probably the one I will listen the longest to.

It will be one of the highlights on Saturday evening I'm sure.

Looking at the pictures I do miss the red/yellow LED-combi with these dancers with a ball from the NF. I thought that looked cool.

Looks and sounds stunning from what I've seen from the snippet. Love Jeffery's vibe a lot, relaxed and simply cool, just like the song itself. Reminds me a bit of French DJ duo Justice.

I would be absolutely fine with them even winning again, this time because I truly love the song. (Last year I was ok with them winning although I didn’t like the song.)

I think Heart of Steel is one of the most contemporary entries this year and made for the international stage, more than Europe (the song is less European music market than rather US music market).

I don't think Heart of Steel is contemporary, it reminds me a lot of the 90's rap/r'n'b such as Blackstreet (No Diggity), Wu Tang Clan (C.R.E.A.M., Gravel Pit), to TLC or Outkast (Ghetto Musick) from early 00's.

I believe that the fans of this entry are mature Gen Z and that they will genuinely like this.

I do however agree that production here is superb.

But the staging and 2 of them, their appereance, are outstanding really.

Btw, I notice that the balls used in choreography don't have nuclear threat sign as they had on Vidbir stage.

Same thing with Croatian LET 3, they had nuclear missiles on stage during rehersals, but we noticed there's no nuclear threat sign as there was in Dora.

So EBU did BAN them to use that.

A huge dislike for EBU!

There's nothing wrong in speaking up against nuclear weapons or nuclear war through art!

You must be an idiot to ban something like that!

Not a massive fan of this song (it's around the middle of my rankings) but I thought the staging looked nice. Wondering if jury might actually like it and reward it a bit more than people have expected.

The black guy looks handsome and has a nice bulge. I’m upgrading my vote from 8 to 10 points.

Honestly I feel proud of our country's entry, especially considering they are from my hometown (Ternopil rocks!). Giving me a bit of "Imagine Dragons - Enemy" vibe. But the "middle finger" part spoils the whole song for me o_O

Also, if they win, it will be purely because of political matters (unlike last year's Stefania which was iconic) so I would prefer Queen Loreen to top this year xheart

What's the general feeling among Ukrainian diaspora for this song? Will they be inclined to come out and vote for it, or not?

I think it's more than the song for the Ukrainian diaspora - it's about supporting a country that is currently at war. And not only the diaspora will support Ukraine for these reasons

Ukraine is currently increasing in the odds, maybe du to its good staging (7% chance, = with France), and placed #2 as a prediction of the televote

It is a good song, I like it. Based on what I have seen also, the staging looks really good, and I think the person who was doing it knows their job well. I also like the section in Ukranian the most.

6 points for now, but there is potential to grow further after I see the complete performance.

Top 5 should be doable for this but i'm increasingly getting the feeling that it will contend for the win again.

I'm wondering that too. Am wondering if people are underestimating how well it will do with jury. Pretty sure it's top 5 televote so if it's top 5 jury vote it's in serious contention for the win.

I love the staging. It's wonderful, but the vocals in semi seemed off. Worse than in NF.
But really off... as he was sick.
