The final version won't differ almost. Instead cheesy "na-na-na" backing vocals there will be trumpets, it seems.

So when will we hear the final version then? It would be great if they used the trumpets instead of the "na-na-na"'s because I agree, the "na-na-na" part is overly cheesy and actually a reason I can't place this song a little higher, but with trumpets it sounds cool. Such "small" details can make alot of difference to a song.

But shouldn't this version be ready yet? Or they will not use it on the ESC CD?

The trumpets in the begging of the song are not exacly trumpets,but the traditional musical instrument of Ukraine.
But the trumpets instead of na-na-na are real trumpets

Trembitas wouldn't suit there (low sounds, too slow) and sopilkas are about too high frequencies, ordinary trumpets are the best.
