And how do you count the chart of the "whole Russian nation" as you call it? Europa-Plus chart is one of the biggest charts of Russia so I see no point in saying Max Barskih was not in Russian chart at all

Euro Plus is not the biggest radio. Which chart? For his fans? With like 100 votes maximum?!
The national chart is counted by number of ALL plays. So no need in insinuating that 1 radio is almost everything. I and my neighbours can start a chart as well and he will chart here lol

In my country most of the young people and even me who live in Austria know Max Barskih. On the other hand we have no idea on Renata or Gaitana. And this is only Azerbaijan. I think that says much...
