By setting your MSN account to China, you are definitely not going to become yellow and have squinted eyes. On the other side, China can't really control what will you do on MSN if you live in Austria. And I bet they don't even give any damn about those ones in China.

Does it really matter who uses what? Skype allows you to talk to people everyone on skype + those nerdy and stuck up enough to want to keep MSN. If you're really THAT bothered about wanting to stick with MSN by using the chinese one fairplay. As long as you can communicate with whoever you want, however you want does this really matter?

Now can we stop using this thread as it's clogging up NFs & Entry announcements which are a lot more important than debating whether to use MSN in chinese -.-

HOW TO SURVIVE MSN APOCALYPSE PART 2

And MSN died for the fake Chinese too, what to do to save it?

1. Download MSN Reviver.
You can download it here, with a boring downloader for it that will ask you to download some stupid tool bars, etc., just ignore them (and select no for them).
Use Messenger Reviver 2 to bring back Messenger and beat Skype | Jonathan Kay, MessengerGeek

2. Install the program and run it.
That is quite simple, but if you get confused while doing that, you can follow the instructions on the site.

Hey now, is people clinging to MSN really a problem that needs to be stopped? Let it be. Individuals can use what they like and it's certainly not hurting anyone. On a community level natural selection tends to have its way with these things anyway, when the eventual majority consensus is found.

Personally, I'm sticking with both MSN and Skype for the time being and doing great.

I just want that said, don't tell people to fall into a specific line of thinking and don't force anything in this transition period. This is looking way too much like some kind of MSN vs. Skype vs. Hall etc. turf war. We're talking about chat clients, not football teams.

TBH, I just want to know where all the people I enjoy talking to have gone. I log on to Skype and MSN these days and nobody's ever there...

I don't quite get the aversion to Skype. Sure it's not as pretty or easy to follow as msn, but it's better in it's functionality.

I don't quite get the aversion to MSN. It's been serving us very well for years. Is there anything that has changed i don't know of?
