To be complete fair, along with San Marino and Armenia, The Netherlands is the song that I wonder a lot for tomorrow night's show. I have high expectations about Douwe's song ever since people began to compare it with Calm After The Storm. I hope Netherlands won't surprise me. Excluding 2015, Netherlands have sent quite well songs since 2012.

The song is only ok for me, and in general I don't have any desire to listen to it. His vocal is a bit irritating though. Still though I can see masses falling for it and that is why, in my eyes, this is a certain qualifier

So according to a Dutch radio station that had the infamous Russian video translated, Russia gave 7 points to the Netherlands. One jury member apparently rated Armenia highly because "their partner is Armenian". I do hope their will be repercussions, but since it's Russia, I doubt there will be.

This is very sad, although Douwe deserves 7 points and higher... but this is disgraceful. Sorry to see it happening with him.
