I don't think the guy with the red hat is Macedonia. I also don't think the grandma is from Bulgaria (as the 7 people from the Balkan circle are 6 Ex-yu + Albania), but the points to Greece are confusing (that is if the arrow really goes from the grandma to Greece). I would have thought that the guy with the blue jacket would be from Macedonia, but I don't see any arrows pointing to Switzerland, Turkey or the Czech Republic.
