I enjoyed this group; a lot of nice understated ballads. I'm not normally a ballad fan, but I enjoyed these, especially Non Ho L'Eta. That was one of the most obvious 12 pointers so far. I love it.

Well, what a round, alot of popular entries competing for the top spaces. Our winner goes to a winning song itself, Gigliola Cinquetti, pushing Greece in to 2nd place. However Anna got more overall voters. The other Italian winner, Toto takes 4th place.

Most of the 12 points this round went to the 'Top 7', with Gigliola getting four sets. The lowest ranking song with 12 points was Sweden 1987, rewarded from alca.

We hade a lot of older songs this round and they beat off competition from the 2000's clan. Voters who voted heavily for 2000's songs were Narmina, Gabrielshi, alca and CPV4391. Comiserations for Ortal (France) in 8th place. Matt, who has a tendancy to vote for the older songs manged to get all his songs through this round, along with RomanFromRussia, Congratulations! Narmina was the least succesful this round with only two of her songs getting through.

Of course someone has to come last, bad luck for Finland 1986, gaining only two points from Narmina.
