Estonia 2000 was the last one who qualified. Tatu missed out by 1 point.

I wanted to say that Ukraine has qualified after the last vote. I know Mika finished 6, but it was qualified by the end of voting :). That's what I mean when I said "the last one"

Update on my top 5, Germany is making a big leap ahead of the rest and the UK kicks Norway out. (full breakdown of points given and total at the end. The multiple is the number of times a country entered the contest)
