Of course it can get worse. They are probably (and hopefully) going to stay in the semi. That is much worse than being 18th in a final with 25 or 26 countries.

BTW Nadine was fantastic! But for some reasons nobody voted for here, except the jury!

Is better to have a decent presence at the competition no matter which place you will get, rather than be remembered as a trashy entry which got a good position unfairly....

Ok, it's not one of my personal favourites, but I still like this 'Two-man-Nudelsuppn-party-gang' from the neighbourhood and their song somehow. And yes I know, that's a guilty pleasure!

Austria has my respect for this gutsy entry;
"Österreich rockt den song contest" - their motto of national final this year. Here we are.

Yes, Austria sent lovely and praised Nadine Beiler (instead of 'Trackshittaz') last year, and she finished...18th (?) in the contest. Europe obviously wasn't fond of another ballad in Disney-ish style.

So...what exactly did you expect this year from Austria, people?
