Nope, this year I didn't apply.
After participating last year (and almost becoming the most generous juror, lol) I decided to give my place to anyone else + non ESC mood + health conditions, blah blah blah.
But I and few other peeps were responsible for picking the panelists. Btw, I didn't know usernames behind the test comments =)
