I have to say I´m positively suprised!! :)

It´s a bit difficult to getting used to his high voice in the beginning, but soon afterwards the sad atmosphere of the song gets me. The melody is building up very nicely towards the end, I really had goosebumps!!

All in all this a very good ballad from :ch:, something I didn´t expect from them. At the moment I give this entry :10:, with good potential to upgrade it later on!!

Merci Suisse!! xup

Oh, I'm so upgrading this to 12 and it goes straight to the top of my ranking . I've been listening non-stop all day.

It worries me that it needs a few listens to warm up to. But on the other hand, I was (and still am) in love with telemoveis on first listen and look at the outcome!

Pleeease, a good staging, that's all I'm asking!

I think the song needs a good staging without coming across as too staged. So no rain on a LED wall, split screens or movement effects.
If it doesn't look cheap, I wouldn't mind rain at all. The background for Bulgaria 2017 was amazing imo

I love it too, but it matched the more electronic and cold song from Kristian.

Somehow I like the idea of snow, like in the video. But that would probably be too gimmicky. And some Austrian would walk right trough it.

I would be fine with a dark-black stage and just a light on him, with great close-up camera work. And something to spice it up towards the end.

Staging wise I thought that they could do something like Wiktoria in 2019's Melfest, with actually water on stage, but with a more dynamic background.

Imagine it got the staging of Russia 2019. I shudder at that thought.
It just need a simple and atmospheric staging, it needs to be all about him. Please do not screw it up for him.
If they got a bad staging, I can see this doing a Paeda.

I think Paenda had a far worse song, way too high pitched, especially for a female voice. The staging was what redeemed it a bit for me xthink But yeah, agree with the overall opinions here. Toned down staging, not too tacky, but atmospheric. Wonder if they put on a grey filter like in the video, it kinda worked for Cyprus 2015.

It looks like Austria and Switzerland have switched styles from last year, but each of them did it better in 2019. I am an unapologetic Limits lover and I bingewatched "She got me" on youtube. Repondez-moi doesn't touch me, but annoys me. Same with Alive. The only redeeming factors this year are external: Most of the other countries are still worse.
