I think he was referring to the eligibility rules that are tougher in FSC than in WV - I think we'd struggle to convince the mods in FSC to allow Heartbreak Anthem to represent as only 1/3 acts in the collaboration are British, whereas in WV you only need 1/3 to make a song eligible so I was able to send this song for
