I am so confused. Out of all age groups, the Mamas won 10-15 and 16-29 one? And Anna was 11th place in the age group 3-9 and 10-15, but won the three age groups 45+ and also the televoting? Wow.

With the pre-2019 system of counting public votes, The Mamas would've received 57 points from the televote/app vote and Dotter 52 points.

If we had still had counted the votes like in 2011-2018 (the best way imo), this would have been the result:

- Don’t Stop Believing was good but Måns won Eurovision so obviously the right choice was made

- My Heart Is Refusing me is fantastic but I can’t imagine Loreen would’ve wanted to do Euphoria had she already won Melodifestivalen. Euphoria was written for Danny Saucedo, turned down, and accepted by Loreen after some tweaks made by her

Semi final 4: All age groups gave 12 to Hanna Ferm except my own age group
Final: Hanna again recieved the least points from my age group.

We can now conclude that The Mamas win was well deserved!
- Most points from the age groups
- Most amout votes from the televote and 120 000 more votes than Dotter.
- Same points as Dotter from the juries.

I also thinks the voting figures confirm my thoughts with The Mamas have the most direct impact while Dotter was the grower.
For example The Mamas recived the highest amout of votes in the semis (all included) with 1 370 798 votes.
But Dotter was the one that incressed most from semi to the final from 1 160 616 votes in semi to 1 489 636 votes in the final.

All this figures also shows that Anna once again had problems to attract the younger age groups.

So, to conclude - good luck to The Mamas, they are in ny top 5. Dotter, please come next year. I know you can make good songs continiously. Wiktoria, hope to see you soon to.

Dotter was my favourite but how can we be so sure of this?
Based on the voting figures Dotter compared to Mamas didn't have that direct impact in televote you need to do well in Eurovison.
Also if Dotter could not win over The Mamas in televote in Mello what makes you think she would have done better in ESC?

Also intresting that the main criticism towards Sweden mostley is that we focus to much on the perfect staging, camera angles etc. and that would be the reason we fail in televote.
I would say Dotters performance is more the perfect staging while The Mamas is more of a feelgood performance.

So I would not rule out The Mamas at all.

i do think this is a top10 contender, definitely. it's uplifting, they can sing, it's my far not my favourite but yea it makes you feel good. average esc viewers don't care who they beat in the national selection

I think I start to agree with Alesia Michelle and think The Mamas can win this..

They serve literally everything, from quality to fun, and can satisfy and please wide range of televoting (geographically, age wise) as well as juries...

I can see them bombed with HIGH points in May from all sides!

The Mamas are here to WIN this...
