I'm afraid there won't be any video. Swedish artists doesn't make much videos nowadays, and we're really "lacking" in promoting our ESC entries (and videos are part of promotion).

Actually, Melodifestivalen 2012 sucked imo

- Boring & cheap (lack of any real?) stage
- The hostesses were so-so (well, better than 2007-2008, 2010-2011... but still just so-so, Lena PH ('06) and Petra Mede ('09) were the best ones in recent years!)
- Most of the songs were bad (I'm having a hard time making a top. 10 out of the 32)

on the other hand

+ better interval acts than past years and also we got rid of stupid in-between-entrants sketches

... but overall a let-down (atleast in musical terms - which is what counts the most in the end

No other countries really come close to SVTs MF productions. its very easy for Swedes to call this year MF for bad, average. when they are blessed year in year out with top notch world class shows.

I agree with this. Swedes don't know how lucky they have it. This was my first MF and I enjoyed it immensely. It's great to see a broadcast that really cares about ESC and knows what the audience want and with top performers. It was a great spectacle and probably only Iceland had a higher song quality, but they had half the songs.
