Holy Swedish public! You made the worst choise you could do. :evil: Both Sibel and Lovestoned were amazing and you didn't give them at least a 2nd chance
Since Hanna, Lovestoned, Sibel and Elin were eliminated there's only Salem who i really want to win...

I only like the last song "Hollow" (I guess). The winner song hasn't nothing special in my opinion, the lighting bars are old-fashioned...LOL

Agreed! This year has been very bad.

I only hope we manage to pick a decent entry for eurovision now.

And my favorite remains Salem al Fakir, but even he is an afterthought lol.

Better luck next year it seems!
And the way they chose who went to the final was not good this year, bring last years format please.

I don't think the songs are that bad in MF this year as they are diverse. In previous years, the songs were all pretty much radio friendly and nothing was too daring. This year they seem to have included a lot more styles and the viewers don't really expect this from this show so thats why it's a bit unusual.

Anyways all the best for Sweden, hope Crucified Barbara and NEO qualify from the second chance.

Well now that we heard all the songs, i have to say that the quality of this MF isn't good at all. This semi (along with the 3rd) was somewhat good, but i see none of these songs doing well in Oslo. Even Alcazar don't have such a good entry like last year, just an ok song.

My fave remains Salem. Nobody else

I think MF this year is quite good. Many different styles. Now I hope Timoteij or Salem al Fakir will win! Or Alcazar! Ha! Who am I kidding?

It was not the genres in my case, the less schlager the better in my case, the problems was that the songs was just not in general very good.
Noll disciplin had a very good punk song, I didn't like it, but it was good in their genre, same with Crucified Barbara.
Most of the diversion of genres didn't really work because they were just not good enough.

And I really don't think any of them will do well in Norway either but let's just chose something we can live with and push Christer and his jury to pick good songs next year.

Anna Bergendahl is the best song in MF 2010!! AND THAT BY FAR!

Superb preformance and song! Would absolutely be the best choice for us in Oslo!

I loved Pernilla and Neo! Anna B and Peter were good too, it was a tough semi final but i hope to see Alcazar and Pernilla or Neo in the final!

I will try to do an early prediction for AC!

Pain of Salvation vs. Pernilla Wahlgren - Winner: PoS
This will be a though battle between two completly different songs. Of course Pernilla is more known in Sweden, but the "ballad-lovers" + "Rockers" will vote for PoS and I think they will beat her.

Pauline vs. Crucifide Barbara - Winner: CB
Here the rockers will outturn Pauline and vote CB to the 2nd round!

FINAL 1: PoS vs. CB - Winner: CB
I prefer PoS but here the "ballad-lovers" may start to think they are too many ballads in MF-final, which does CB winning the match.

Kalle Moreus & Orsa Spelmän vs. NEO - Winner: NEO
No surprise really. NEOs more BWO influented song will overturn the charm from the "old men".

Alcazar vs. Jessica Andersson - Winner: Alcazar
They will win by far! Jessica have the ballad voters indeed, but this is not any close the better ballads in the final (Darin, Anna Bergendahl, Peter Jöback, Andreas Johnson). Alcazar is LOVED in Sweden and will win this battle.

NEO vs. Alcazar - Winner: NEO
I think that here comes the big shock of the year! Alcazar are the favorites, but with their too "un-alcazarish" song makes the public prefer NEO and they vote him to Globen!

So my prediction: Crucifide Barbara & NEO to the final!
What I want: PoS & Neo

Let's see what happens on Saturday!

I doubt about that. :roll: I believe that Alcazar is loved more outside Sweden. Otherwise they would give them a chance last year. The song was perfect but Sweden does ALWAYS as Christer Björkman says! :evil: On the other hand I'm kinda relieved that they didn't win last year coz it seemed like the whole universe wanted Rybak to win!
