BigVis would be a great Dutch design firm. Also doing a stage with a lot of moving parts would actually pay homage to set designer Roland de Groot who designed the stages for ESC 1970, 1976, 1980, and 1984. He was well known for using many moving parts (and using many stage hands to move those parts!)
It shouldn't be that difficult to have a contemporary version of these designs, and would be pretty awesome if done right!
I would also like a circular stage as well. It doesn't have to be as excessive as 2018 with its 2 catwalks and bridges, but would be a nice contrast to the moving LED strips.

Any host city it is, NPO could probably use stage design from BigVis, a local design firm in Netherlands. They usually design stages for dance music festivals, which is perfect for Eurovision.
