I heavily dislike this idea, I think it's kinda cheap. However, there are two songs in particular which I really wish were still available for the actual contest, so I really like this idea and thank you for going with it.
I guess it's like a vent spinoff for me; I get to add one of those songs to Mobian history which is something I really wanted. No disrespect to the nation that originally entered it, I mean I didn't even take part during that period so it's kinda mostly completely my fault that I didn't get to send it.

I'm torn between two songs really, for the same reason as Keko.
The first is a song I was going to enter, but while waiting for the official video to be released, someone else confirmed the song, and then used the video for the song. I was so annoyed, I didn't enter that edition. Not my proudest moment...
The other one isn't really a song I like that much, but the story behind the song, the video and the entire album means a LOT to me. But, I was too slow to confirm it. And it's a song I really want on the Balearica Island Youtube playlist, which I'm currently sharing on Facebook every day...

In a NSC edition held in late autumn/early winter, during an evening not unlike this one today, when I was listening through the semifinal I were in and had only one song to go before my own song would come, then this wonderful breeze of a song came into my life and totally made me shake of goosebumps. The song was one of the most beautiful songs I've heard, soft and powerful at the same time and it made me cry on the first listen, despite not understanding a single word. That song qualified to the final, while I didn't, but I have never been so little disapointed about not qualifying since this masterpiece passed instead. Too bad the song didn't win, it did rather poorly in the final to say the least, but it is still one of the songs that I will possibly remember for my whole life and I want to thank that person by sending this song to the contest. I will not tell which song it is and I need to find the right video for it yet, but you will know when the contest begins!

I have a song in mind, but I'm also curious to see what kinda of eras of NSC history we see represented before I make a final decision
For a clue though, this first song I'm considering was the very first song that ever piqued my interest in NSC (so we're talking oooold here...)

I noticed a little while ago that a song I absolutely adore was sent during one of the 40s NSCs (and unfortunately just barely failed to qualify), so this seems like a good opportunity to give it a second life.
