If we are to have the Christmas one regardless of the poll results, then what was the poll for? :? I think you should respect the outcome of the poll.
But... if many people will want the Christmas one nonetheless, then fine, let it be that way, but you must assure that the 60-99 will take place after the Christmas one no matter what.

I think that's what daniels meant, let the 60-99 be the third spin-off after the Christmas one. Christmas is once a year and it's now. Wouldn't make sense to have a Christmas spin-off after Christmas so this is the only time we can have it.

If a candidate for President loses by one vote, should he take the office anyway? :?
I didn't say that I want the Christmas spin-off, because in my opinion it's unfair that the winning option isn't a real winner. If you wanted a Christmas spin-off, then you shouldn't have made this poll in the first place, but just announce: "The 2nd spin-off will be Christmas-themed". And that's what I suggest you do next year.
However, I did say that if a lot of people will want the Christmas spin-off, then go ahead. I will take part, I even have a song in mind. But, like I said, I want to be completely assured that there won't be a poll for the 3rd one, but the winner of this poll (60-99) will definitely be the 3rd spin-off.

In this situation, I think it would be the best to have two spin-offs ('60-99' one and Christmas one) at the same time and make the voting a bit longer. As it seems, it would please most of the people so it's the best option in my opinion.
