If it's anything like a Katy B song then xheat

I only said it might be something built in a similar way. Songs can be built in a similar way but with completely different results. "Crying for no reason" is great (I gave it 12 points in FSC), but I don't expect something like this.

I think Spanish fans should relax their high expectatives before the song is released because we don't know anything at all. Actually I listened an interview with Sánchez Ohlsson and he said Edurne is really in love with the song but "it's just a song", not something coming from heaven
I also liked he said he's convinced there will not be any similar song this edition :)

This is where some countries who haven't announce much lay in wait to hear the song, just so they can troll him and Spain by choosing a similar song.

Well, Spanish song will be released not much before the deadline, so unless there are some genius capable of copy a song in a few days that's unlikely to happen

He might be wrong anyway ;)

I'm reading a lot of crazy things about these 3 seconds. I've read that it has ethnic vibes, that it's so moder, etc etc etc

Maybe I'm deaf or something, but I only see that "Amanecer" is quite uptempo in the end :p

It does sound like it has bongo's or something going in though in those 3 seconds.

The snippet video shows the... levels, or whatever you call them... of the music, right? It looks like it starts out rather slowly for the intro and first verse, exploding at the chorus, giving a significantly louder second verse, going into a quiet bridge, then maybe a percussion-only repetition of the chorus before going into the chorus again as the climax? Going from that and the snippet's music itself, I'll remain cautiously optimistic for Spain this year.

Not sure if it's the levels what we can see, but anyway, this is what we expect. Music can change but Tony Sánchez Ohlsson keeps the same classic outline (the one you said). Just take a look at "Quédate conmigo" or "Más".

Some news:

- The song is in post-production process now between Spain and Sweden. TVE orchestra will record the string parts. There will also be a choral-symphonic version in March.

- The videoclip is already filmed. It seems the directors were working on the idea since November. It was recorded in Valencia and it includes some guest star who has even eclipsed Edurne.
It includes four clothes changes and 3D effects. Edurne defines her look as "Hellenic warrior" (yes, she said WARRIOR). It evocates a place "where nobody has ever been" and tells a little story.

Mars? Saturn? Venus?

Can't wait :D
