Alright, this song was just silly. It sounds like some psuedo-latin 80s schlager. Why isn't Spain even trying at sending any good ESC entries?

Because we have a stupid television that makes a creepy pre-selection every year (it seems they want to finish the last ones... always). Oh, and going to Eurovision is like a suicide for a Spanish singer, so our national selections are full of unknown "artists".

The last time we had the opportunity to send something good was in 2008, but then appeared Chikilicuatre, so...

:( Poor Lucia! She did a great job and the performance was amazing! Such a feel-good song! Deserved to be a lot higher but I know no matter what song Spain sends they will always end up so low! :(

This was one of the best performance last night, and I'm really sad that Spain finished that low (again).
I can't understand why Europe don't like spanish language and spanish music?
Whats wrong with you Europe?

People, I can't agree with you. Yep, Lucía was awesome, and the whole performance was good enough to get a better place, but... the song was a crap. We only have to look at the composer, a man who got a bottom place in 2006 with Andorra (in the semi-final!!). Lucía didn't even like the song, she said in the national pre-selection that she preferred a ballad, with which she felt much more comfortable.

The problem with Spain is that we have a horrible television who doesn't know that Eurovision has changed, and still wants to send songs that would have worked 10 years ago, not now (well, 2010 maybe was an exception). And, like last year, we have a jury that tends to sink our songs. After the first semi-final, when we all saw the elimination of Norway (a song with a very similar style), we could imagine what would happen. It was a chronicle of a death foretold

Personally I am much more angry for the last place of Switzerland than for the number 23 of Spain. When you do the things wrong (by TVE, not Lucía), you can not expect a better place.

And sorry for my mistakes, parachuruchuruchuru... xwhistle

Me too, i find it insanely catchy, such a breezy little number and very Spanish. The performance was good and I'm really sorry it finished so low. I just hope TVE don't decide to quit after this string of bad finishes.

This song always makes me feel happy and Saturday's performance was great. Can't believe it's so underrated :(
