Congrats Calypso, great winner xheart

Here's how Emsfrõnt voting would take shape based on the final recap:
12 Metsikud südamed
10 Waloria
8 Calypso
7 Lukeland
6 QuiénDQ
5 Ma ikkagi tappa
4 Ugaly
3 Luxona
2 Prasia
1 Comino

Oh and, you can tell Jesus that Emsfrõnt is back.

pras Do you have a result table for AATW ready? I want to thank people individually, but cba to go through all the scoreboards myself now.

+1 pras And Scorewiz doesn't work for me, so I can't even check the results.

I can understand and appreciate an honest mistake. This was bound to happen eventually, and it's impressive it took us 133 editions for it to happen (so good going NSC).

But also, in future, can we please just not? This isn't ISC. Double checking the qualifiers is hosting 101. Triple checking your 10th placers in particular, and especially when there's only one point in it. In the worst case scenario, realising after the semi results and before the final and granting a 29th finalist doesn't hurt, but this situation way after everything has finished is a bit uncomfortable. We don't even have a protocol for it...

This isn't a read on the 133 hosting (although srsly wtf guys lol tbh). Like I said, it was going to happen someday eventually. But now that it has, can future hosts bear this in mind and take note on the fundamentals of hosting. Hosting isn't easy, but casting your eyes over your scoresheet to double check your qualifiers is. Don't get complacent ppl NONO

What would the protocol be for a country that was supposed to qualify, not qualifying? (and not having it noticed until after the final)

Should they get a "we're sorry" pre-qualifying spot in the next edition? It's drastic but on the other hand it's a pretty drastic mistake. It feels like there should be a significant exception made for such an error. (particularly since it's hopefully not something that would happen frequently)

By the way, who was it that missed out? It's not clear from the way people are talking...

Cydoni-Gibberia was supposed to qualify instead of Srivijaya. I have been hosting forever this was like the 7th or 8th NSC I hosted but I guess I should retire when I simply don't have the lust to host anymore. I did not double check anything and it's wrong. I ensure you all that I will never host ever again if the opportunity arises. It's indeed my fault but it's happened and it's a mistake and it unfortunately cannot be undone.

Aww, it's a mistake that could've happened to anyone. We've had similar situations before and ::cyd can be offered a PQ spot.
