Cause our juries are incredibly biased towards Italy? And well, since bland songs are so in here it also makes sense they'll vote for the boring italian songs

How was she chosen? Cause the interest in our NF is like 0%. So almost nobody votes these days. And she took part in that lame talent show rip off in 2012, so that's why she won against a newcomer, who is compeltely unkown to the general public. The songs didn't really matter in the end.

as for croatia, i am not so sure they will get our 12 points. at least not the public vote. everytime they send unknown singers they risk of losing our votes. i've seen this happen, and this year it might happen again cuz no one knows nina kraljić in slovenia. if they had sent some celebrity, then of course, our 12 points would be theirs, but in this case... hum, not so sure...

i love it. i really do. i like the lyrics, music, and her interpretation is simply outstanding. you can feel the song, and this is what counts for me.

generally speaking, this years is terrible, really terrible. if we had sent maraaya this year, they would be top5, trust me.

No, we have not. We're waiting for our national television to do that for us . But we have high hopes for Nina.

we always place italian canzone in top3. the same will happen this year. taking into account the fact that this years lineup is just lame, italy will get our 24 points hahaha

I agree that Norways entry is not very good this year, even though I like it better than the Slovenian. And it is true that Norway and other countries have an advantage. BUT if you go one year back: neither Finland, Iceland nor Denmark qualified from our "strong nordick block". So having a "block" in your back is not enough in itself.

Didn't mean to hurt your feeling You're obviouly entitled to love "Summer Story" and the cute guy that was attached to it! I was just expressing my opinion in a very straightforward way, as looks never overshadow music to me, I can't try to like a song if I find it irritating in the first place. That wasn't my type of music at all, but I get why some may like it.

I guess my words are actually really harsh, I acknowledge I should have watered them down, but you can tell how disappointed I am to listen such a lineup from my favourite ESC country

Oh trust me, the more the italian song bores me, the more they'll love it. That's always the case and this year Italy sent their most boring song since their return. I swear, when I heard it for the first time, it felt like it was 30 minutes long.

Also it is really similar to Carrie Underwood's "Something In The Water" as someone mentioned in the comments. :? oh come on, we are not talking anymore about nordic block, we are talking about nordo-baltic block!!! it is actually ridiculous that 10 years ago everyone was talking about ex-soviet union block and ex-yugoslavian block, but right now there is not a single sign of those... only baltic and nordic countries fare well
