I think if Czechia wins, they will make a comeback. But that's probably the only case.

Their cycle seems to be four participations in a row and then a ten-year break: since they withdrew in 2013, they might come back from 2023 to 2026.

I could see Slovakia return if any of the Visegrad countries would win, in particular . I could also see them potentially come back if or would win... however I don't see any of these countries as winners so

Austria won in 2014 and they didn't care despite the fact they wouldn't have spent much for travelling

If Czechs won, asking their lost brothers to participate would be plausible, yet I don't think the host nation would matter that much: they came back out of nowhere in 2009 when Russia hosted, so they may return as randomly when XYZ hosts.

It's not so random tbh, Slovakia is a bit of a "Russia puppet"... maybe not so much in 2009 though but certainly now

after the czech comeback i think we can not rule out any non-turkey comeback at this point

i hope it happens even though i have liked two and a half slovakian entries in their entire history because ALL OF THE COUNTRIES PLEASE

Well, and were in Top 10 so maybe that will be enough to convince Slovakia to come back Although to be fair I lost almost all the hope and I can't really blame RTVS. What happened to Horehronie in 2010 was a disgrace.
