Bulgaria, but I can also see Slovakia being 11th. Israel was just outdated and since she is a former winner with a killer song, the expectations were quite high. But yes probably Bulgaria jury votes and people voting for a rock-ish song.

I'll say Belarus. It sounds insane, but it's just a feeling. Even after listening to all the songs and the recaps, I kept singing 'I love Belarus, got it deep inside, I love Belarus, feel it in my mind'. It wasn't even good, it was just incredibly catchy and in a weird manner enjoyable and I think it appealed to certain people (like me), but definitely not to the majority. I still think it managed to pick up many votes and I expected it to qualify.

Bulgaria seems like a more realistic option to me, but Eurovision is not supposed to be logical.
