It's neither Emina, Stoja or Grujić. Someone with really good connection revealed it on the ESC-site for who I write and it's no one known. Also, someone on ESCforum wrote that a withdraw isn't ruled out because RTS is pennyless.

Frajle will sing on English or French, and Sanja on English (probably)

This year band ZAA will represent Serbia in Stockholm. Our song whose author is Ivana Peters will be released on March 12th.

As I know only ZAA. Some people compare it with Zbunjena by Negativ, and that song is fabulous
