No, Estonia is one of the few
Poland don't put subtitles, but our commentator translate every title.

Norway - qualifier (1)
Albania - qualifier (barely, it's a bad song, but she makes it interesting. She should've sung it entirely in Albanian. The last chorus was much better than the rest of the song)

What in the... Armenia for dark horse?! The chorus still lacks instrumentalization (it has less instrumentalization than the verses and the bridge!), but this just went from "Non-qualifier" to "Definite qualifier" for me.
By the way, apparently, the Swedish commentators also experienced technical problems, not being able to be heard by the viewers for quite a while.
