The performance fit the song perfectly. I think a problem of the last 2 years was the songs called for bigger performances but San Marino didn't have the budget yet this year they had a simpler song and it finally all came together

I don't know about you, but I watched her performance with bitter sweet emotions. When she was on stage, I realised that this is her last year representing San Marino. She changed my life in a good way last year and I will love her for that forever. I'm dissapointed about Slovenia not giving her a single point

Thank you Laura Wright (the classical singer same age as me) of our jury for placing Valentina 2nd in your ranking #taste. Everyone else can go and do one for placing her over 20th

She only came 21st in our tele vote... but what an achievement anyway. We must not let the results get us down as it's been a wonderful evening and realistically this was always going to be hard for Valentina. Final = win in itself.

San Marino came in 25th with jury and 22nd with televote here in Slovenia. She was 25th overall (it sounds better if I say 25th than last place :? )

From our jury only Alya has a good taste. The others are not even worth a mention.

There's the faintest hope in my heart that this is not the end of Valentina's ESC adventure yet. I'd so much love to see the real Valentina Monetta on the big ESC stage just once (you know, with Jazz. And without Siegel). Or if once, then most surely twice, too.

In case this is not to be I'd like to thank her for the unique and charming personality, great artistry and utter fun she has brought to the contest. She has written down her name in the book of the Eurovision Song Contest in letters of gold, and on the same page as Lys Assia, Abba and Johnny Logan. It's impossible she ever gets forgotten.
