Sergey Lazarev & Dima Bilan can represent Russia @ ESC 2011... in a duo :shock:
Bilan's producer said that if they agree to sing in a duo then she will do everything for them in order to represent Russia next year.
Though knowing Lazarev and his attitude towards Bilan ... this is impossible :twisted:

I don't think Sergey should accept it! Sergey has more chances to win Eurovision solo than in a duet with Dima IMO!

2 of them are Ukrainians + their producer lives here, he's uber-productive on our TV
he also thinks to send one of his projects so it can be VIA GRA or In' Yan'. But, imo, it will be in 2012 and definitely not for Russia.
I predict that Russia will send someone not famous. Maybe Panaiotov (or maybe he will try for Ukraine again ). Maybe Buranovskiye Babushki

Panaiotov said that he won't participate next year. Coz he is really upset with the results, and it is useless for him to try next year after 5 years of useless participations.

While commenting NF 2010 Sergey Lazarev said that he will agree to participate if ORT asks him (internal choice).
Judging from his tone he doesn't mind to participate at all but he doesn't want to risk in the NF... we all remember that scandalous NF in 2008.

But it's a matter of taste... in most of Europe though it's a style that became inpopular in like the early 90's...

Highly unlikely MakSim would participate but she's GREAT!
Sergey has the look, charisma and voice but NOT the songs... his NF entry was embarrassing and his solo songs so far has been very low standard... IF he gets the right song he could be a good choice, if the song would be anything like what he has done in the past then I don't think he'd be a good choice.
