Trinity is my fav from now on... I honestly like her attitude and she seems really honest and funny, also her outfits have been slaying me + he's really cute out of drag. I really don't get Valentina, that outfit was terrible, not to mention the wig, this is slowly reminding me of Raja bias (even though Raja's outfits were untouchable). I actually liked Aja's and Kimora's look but those little creatures were indeed terrible. You can tell Kimora doesn't need RPDR like some other queens (Nina Bo'Nina for example) but what I really like about her is the Gia Gunn type of humour, and you can tell others enjoy it (don't remember last time a queen had everyone shouting love you). Charlie was lazy this week imo, so was Alexis (surprise surprise), Eureka was good although that sewer queen look should have been filthier. I just don't see Peppermint's look as a good one I was surprised she was in the top 3, Farrah was a let down (I think she should've left home) and so was Sasha Velour (that look was awful). Shea was forgettable and so was Cucu. Imho it should've been Cynthia and Farrah in the bottom 2. I feel like based on camera time so far, Valentina seems like a winner to me, which is something I will not be happy about. There is something ungenuine about her (as Aja stated in her post-untucked tweet) and also as a fan of extravagant costumes I don't think her style of drag is groundbreaking or her humour for that fact. I am really disappointed Nina and Shea get almost no time to speak. So far I haven't been blown away by any performance, runway look or personality and I'm on the edge to stop watching it. This season is a mess.

Guuurl, finally someone's said it. I've been thinking this since day 1. They're just so Zzzzzzzzz.

The latest episode was a terrible one. I don't think I laughed once. Seeing like only a split second of each of the runways annoyed me (why was it so short?), and the lip-sync was just incredibly sad, almost heartbreaking to watch. Charly didn't even try and threw in her towel before it had even started. I'm sad as Charlie was one of the very few I had really warmed to. We don't get to see her do the snatch game now:( At this point I just don't really care much. Eureka is starting to annoy me a bit (she was my favourite), Trinity is great but I just don't like her attitude, I want to like Sasha but something is pushing me away... half of them are totally forgettable/annoying/just not entertaining. It feels like a really poor season for personalities.

Bring back Mystique Summers.

Yas preach henny! xbow
I cringed to that Shea/Sasha performance... I really don't get it how they won over Nina and Eureka. But one thing is for sure, Untucked has never been better (I mean since season 6). I live for it every week. xheart

What is the point of this show? Can somebody explain me

Oh god where to start.

It's as much a variety show as a reality competition. Each season, 10-15ish drag queens compete for a cash prize and bragging rights, being put through a gauntlet of challenges testing a series of skills from comedy to design/craftsmanship. There's also quite a lot of lipsynching and yelling at each other in between poignant discussions of LGBT issues.

We lost an icon last night. Imo the only reason that Charlie didn't win the princess challenge is because the producers wanted her as an early out. It was such a shame to see her give up like that, but how the hell was she going to win a lip sync to I Wanna Go against Trinity??

Well it was hardly RuPaul at its finest... Badly edited (I mean, there's almost no point having a runway if you're going to zoom through it at that pace), a feeling where about half the queens deserved to go based on their performances, abysmal way of treating the show from Charlie (I'm sorry, you know that RuPaul involves lip-syncs and if you're going to be that pathetic about doing them, don't bother applying. Same goes for anyone who moans about having to sew and make your own outfits. Just because you don't lip-sync/sew doesn't mean you're a bad queen; it just means you will look bad on RPDR) and lacklustre feel about the whole thing.

Having said that, the right queen went (lip-sync aside even) as Charlie performed terribly at something she's supposed to be good at. She dragged her bit with CuCu down hugely, despite CuCu doing a great job. That's why I said she'd be bottom two over Peppermint-AND-Trinity as they were kinda equally at fault in their bit. Happy enough with the winner. Really didn't get Nina's crying at the critiques; seemed a little out of place given that nothing had even been said about her at that point... xshrug

Still, let's hope things improve next week; we all have blips at times after all!

This episode was the worst from this season but that's still fine

I really laughed at Sasha and Shea I don't know what you want more from the show guys, your expections seems so high, they're just a bunch of normal people doing drag not superheroes. The editing seemed really off, you could tell that Ross was laughing from some bits of Charlie/Cucu but it was edited like he wasn't. The LSFYL was quite weird : you had that powerhouse from one side and a tree on the other hand which makes it iconic on it's own way. Next week is a musical and I love those kind of episodes so can't wait and Snatch Game is coming too !

I like this season so far but it looks like I'm in minority here. I'm easy to please I guess, I love Drag Race, each episode is like a little sparkle during the week, that's a very positive moment for me and I always look at it in an endearing way, always see the glass half full ! can't wait for next week.

popavapeur I'm enjoying the season too! xup Just that episode was a real letdown in quality. But it's good so far and fair point about the queens; I think we do have high standards given some of the alumni of the show ;)

I think last episode was one of the most emotional moments in herstory. Also how the hell were Alexis and Peppermint in the top 3 with those awful outfits?! Gosh I can't with them, they need to be gone asap. And to think Peppermint was in top 3 twice already... Charlie was robbed in the Princess challenge and probably Sasha in Kardashian Musical. I still support Trinity, Nina and Shea the most, others are pretty much faders for me. :(

I'm sad that I lost my three favourites already, Jaymes, Charlie and now Eureka:cry: It's understandable why Ru choose to send Eureka home, and it's absolutely lovely how she's been given the first ever open invitation to return the next year. I think it's a great deal for her. She'll learn from her mistakes and come back even stronger the next year. Eureka has character flaws for sure but I think she's a good person and an incredibly talented drag queen. I almost cried watching that episode.

Shockingly my favourite left is now Aja (which says a lot) and I also am warming to Nina. I kind of see myself in her a bit when she's getting emotional. She's got that "the whole world is against me" paranoia thing and it's hard to watch. I just want to hug her. The black tear rolling down her cheek was a strangely beautiful moment. I'm starting to enjoy her drag as well (stunning in and out of drag). Also want to say I really like Farrah Moan as a person. Seems so lovely and genuine. I can't say i'm wowed by her drag so it's hard to support her fully in say the same way I supported Kim Chi last year who was also a lovely person, but i'm rooting for Farrah and hope she can improve.

Other than that, I have to say I really agree with Tinchey. I suppose Alexis was in the top 3 for her performance in the awful task. She was for sure a highlight from it, but her runway looks are consistently among the very worst. At least she was finally called out on it. Peppermint was pretty alright as Britney but like Alexis had a poor runway look. I just find these two queens very beige.
