If we go second I will cry. Also Austria is down to go 14 already. XD

I think Sweden will pick up spot 1 or 6, assuming there's a break after song 5. I can't see them putting them 13th again for fear of favouritism

I dont think there's any chance of us getting second (or at least I hope not) because of the staircase - they're not going to go to a break after just after the first song. I think we will either be number 1 or towards the end of the first half.

The only thing I'm going to pissed about is if they put :ee: and :se: next to each other. :D But I don't think so.

Watch the producers effin this up for Israel and try to fix the win for Sweden :(

Also the second half is pretty much just ballads while the first half have almost all the uptempo ones (the few that are even in this year)... it doesn't look very good right now... a ballad should NOT win... the only ballads that could do any good for ESC winning would be Montenegro (ethnic, native language) or Latvia (original and good)... the rest would destroy ESC even further...

I love how everyone's running orders seem to be quite different, ORF have a tough job on their hands!

Ballad = destroying Eurovision. Come on... Ironically something like Montenegro winning would have viewing figures drop like a stone for the next year.

Norway is also a unique ballad, don't know why you don't appreciate that.

Montenegro would atleast bring something good to Eurovision... I don't think I have to explain why?

But yeah generally a ballad winning would be dreadful (this year was filled with English-language middle-of-the-road ballads and it's just a bore)... don't get me wrong, I love GOOD ballads... but it's certainly not what ESC needs right now because it's alreay a snooze-fest deluxe...

Norway unique? It's ok... not bad... it's in my overall top. 10 I assume (#10) but I don't buy into the overall hype...

I can actually see them screwing Sweden over this year in order to let Australia shine more so that there's a higher chance they'll stick around... I suppose we'll see :D

What I disagree with you on is the quality. I find a lot of this year's ballads to be stunning. Hungary, Poland, Norway, France and Greece. I don't like the saccharine sweet ones like Iceland and Russia.

1 Sweden

6 Australia
7 Cyprus
8 Lithuania
9 Belgium
10 Norway
11 Serbia
12 Estonia

Sweden first because of its longer building-up phase. Then weaker and stronger songs in change until Belgium which opens a little highlight in the middle.

14 Austria
15 Montenegro
16 Romania
17 Greece
18 Latvia
19 Albania
20 Russia
21 Poland
22 Azerbaijan
23 Spain
24 Germany
25 Italy
26 Georgia
27 Hungary
14-17 some ballads, 18 begins a string of favourite songs with Poland and Germany as a little "cool-off". Georgia as a last high light and Hungary as a great fade out. The last two have to be paired for the contrary of Warrior against Wars for Nothing.
