This has to be the most amateurish and low effort NFs we've ever had. We desperately need Statues of Bla Bla Bla for yet another mediocre (but at least it qualified) result, welp.

Yeah, the songs are overall much better than the ones in Malta's NF, but I don't understand the point behind the amateurish videos. I mean, it would have been kind of understandable during Covid, but now it's just cringe.

Ok. BBC Eurovision: You Decide Selectia Nationale giving probably it's most mediocre showing yet. Sorry but there is no way TVR can expect any kind of success at Eurovision when they're putting such abysmal effort and low budget into these songs. All they've done is got the singers to make their own video (probably on short notice) and then uploaded them to Youtube. It's really quite a shameful showing on their part, especially given the quality of a couple of these videos. Tragic. The majority are just average, and quite inoffensive. There is a few with potential though, Bla Bla Bla sounds like it could be really good but that video quality is horrific, so I can't mark it any higher than I have. Romanian music is soooo good, they can produce banger after banger so overall this is very disappointing.

Andrei Dutu - Statues: one of the few songs I didn‘t skip after the first one, one and a half minute. On a second listen this grew on me quite a bit, so I'm positive. And on a side note: he goes directly to my eye-candy-trophy-list. Cute smile, and the looks he throws around: niiiiiice!
Adriana Moraru - Faralaes: listenable, but really nothing new or exciting
JaxMan - Bad & Cool: why not… has a bit of the melody of the verses of „give that wolf a banana“

the rest is reeeeeaaallly very amateurish and / bland. Aledaia could grow on me with a good production but her song is also something we‘ve heard so many times already.

Good for you that you could see him three times at once.
Talking of him, "Statues" is the only song that is halfway decent. But it is not a burner. *Sammy: Well, at least an eye-candy.*
"D.G.T." is also okayish.

Now seriously. What the heck are Malta and Romania thinking? *mauve mumbling: Even some of Germany's tiktok-entries are better ...*

This is maybe baddest Romania NF i ever saw, what's wrong with Romania, they can do far better. Hope someone of my Top 3 will win, but i will be hard to get through to the final. I'm definitely a fan of Aledaida Song with a revamp this song could be much better, Statues has also a good Potenial, i really like this song.

Aledaida should take this and then they really need to inject more power into the melody.The song is very very basic,but it has room for some nice high energy staging.Given the talent in Romania this is a very poor selection.

This whole selection makes it look like TVR doesn't want to be in Eurovision much longer to be honest from the music videos? to the sound quality on some of these songs.

1. Amia - Puppet : Love the vibe there, my guilty pleasure of the season !
2. Aledaida - Bla Bla Bla : Very good one, catchy ! Needs a bit more energy in chorus tho but still really like it
3. Andreea d Folclor Orchestra - Perinita Mea : Hahaha I needed a song like this in this NF, not as good as Moldova last year but I still really like it, very good song that makes me wanna dance

4. Andrei Dutu - Statues : Stunning chorus, wish the verses were better tho but good song overall, solid stuff
5. Andrada Popa - No Time For Me : The song is very good but I feel like she really lacks power in the chorus, still a goodie overall

6. Deiona - Call On Me : It's fine but not really something
7. Steven Roho x Gabriella x Formatia Albatros - Lele : Lol wtf is this potato audio quality, the song itself is okay

8. Maryliss - Hai Vino : Bland song but good singer, she deserves a much better song
9. Adriana Moraru - Faralaes : This is a mess lmao, quite bland song overall and gosh she's always so late on the choreography and at the end it just feels like everyone is just winging it xD
10. JaxMan - Bad And Cool : Quite a bland song

11. Ocean Drive - Take You Home : This is sooooo basic and bland

Feels like the order of my top 5 can really change after the live performances
