I've been reporting certain messages since July. 10 times or so. We've been called people with low intelligence level, corrupt, nazis etc. I guess it's okay to post such things, so I'm not wondering about anything anymore.

Look I get why some people are very knee jerk about these things given that their very way of life and homeland is at threat but if you seriously see what Theodor Andrei has put on his chest as being anti ukraine or pro russia I think you are really grasping at straws is it a fairly naive thing of Theodor to have done? Probably yes but it is clearly done out of good intentions.

He's an adult. He's a public person who should understand the consequences of making some statement to a wide audience. Most of the people will see him in May for the 1st time. They won't have a clue about his intentions. If this is the message that he wants to give - great, it works for every other participating country, but not for everyone here. I'm against trolls, but I will not going to dismiss this point of view either, especially as someone who lives very near the frontline.

For real though, mlnw is a generic anti-conflict statement and conflict =/= war (all wars are conflicts but not all conflicts are wars) so unless there is some backstory of him being pro Russia or something it does sounds like a very random accusation to make. The song is already shit one does not need any speculations to bash it

Actually with a good revamp I think it might have a fighting chance, but yeah with this version it will clearly not survive it

Look we are not getting anywhere I have never insulted the Ukrainian people ever nor will I ever do so, I want you to live in a peaceful nation restored to the 1991 borders, I want every single russian that invaded your country to be repelled and put on trial, the west needs to continue to arm your nation and take in any refugees.

Theodor is clearly not taking the side of the Russian oppressors in your brutal genocidal invasion, I am sorry that you see it that way, I think going forward he and other entrants should not make similar statements which run the possibly of being misinterpreted.

I am never touching the issue of controversies surrounding ESC artists clearly vocally supporting Ukraine again as it is a pointless discussion, please report me if it makes you feel better but never imply that I have insult your people or nation because I simply have not done so nor will I ever.

I really fail to see how this could be saved - I appreciate the fact that he sings in Romanian, though and he can control his voice (and something the ridiculous performance/choreography is quite iconic).

What would you like to change if you´re in control of a revamp for this entry? I honestly can´t envision how to save this entry by a revamp.

Honestly upon first seeing the entry I didnt like it but I think that was down to his outfit and the distracting staging, as a song there is definitely something decent here it maybe just needs playing around with a bit, he is clearly talented as a vocalist

So you would like to polish the song by reducing/decreasing the layers of the arrangement?

I actually like all the tiny elements of the arrangement (and don´t think it sounds too crowded) - It just needs to be more memorable - I think that the melody needs to be altered a bit (?) but it´s difficult to achieve at this point.
(the 2nd verse sounds tragic in the live performance, though)
