Nope, I didn't like Mihai one little bit either. His voice made my ears bleed. And on top of that I thought he had the charisma and personality of a traffic cone. The song was just not as good as people made it out to be IMO. Didn't he consider to return last year???

Well, ,,Tornero" made him famous and he won in 2006 because Akcent failed live. I don't hate Mihai, I speak to him on messenger and I talked to him at a Eurovision party two weeks ago and he is an ok person. I just don't like his voice in particular, and all male with female voice in general :roll: :roll:
Anyway he said that TVR doesen't like to repeat artists and that is time for new artists like Catalin, Dalma, Lora and Lucia Dumitrescu to go to Eurovision.

Didn't he consider to return last year???

Gabriel Baruta gave Mihai the song ,,Come as one" for the Romanian Selection this year. The song should've been sanged by Mihai Traistariu and thge Sweedish band Biondo, but foreign artist are prohibited in the Romanian Selection so Mihai gave up and the song was given to Hotel FM.

Gotcha. Well Romania has a lot great artists so there is a lot of potential out there, no need to bring back the same performers.

Inna or Mihai Traistariu.
But I prefer Inna.Is well known in all over Europe,and in America too,Hot reached the first place in Billboard Hot Dance Airpley.

We got a lot of points from Scandinavia because of Ovi so I think the best we can do is a duet betwen Inna and Murat Boz. That way we would have Inna's fans on our side and all the Turks in Europe!
It's a bit unrealistic, I know!

A good idea would be Linda Teodosiu as we went with a Norwegian in Norway, I think we should go with a German in Germany!

No way,she is pregnant now,so she will be busy with her baby.
There were rumours that Cristina Rus wants to represent Romania in 2010,but she also get pregnant and borned a baby in April,if I'm not wrong,like Anastasia Prikhdko.But Anastasia Prikhdko wants to represent Ukraine in 2011.
