I was very annoyed with the changes made to the contest when it was held in Sweden. Putting all that aside, Petra was great and probably my favourite host of all the time. The Danish trio made me feel very uncomfortable and they weren't in the slightest bit funny.

However, technical difficulties aside.. Denmark definitely had the best staging, in fact probably my favourite stage of all time. It was spectacularly stunning. I honestly couldn't believe how beautiful it all was and incredibly clever.

Music wise, 2014 also happens to be one of my strongest years ever. I liked pretty much over half the songs and adored at least ten. There were so many alternative genre's, I just loved it.


So 2014 wins, only spoilt slightly by the hosts.

Stage: 2013, no offence but i think this year's stage is quite bad-looking because of the cage, if there's no cage then it's just 2011, although the LED touch floor was cool tho . And the 2013 stage though small, it's beautiful and efficient, plus it had moveable parts.

Host: 2013, Petra is professional and had better English.

Opening acts: 2013, the semi final 1 opening in 2013 and 2014 both were great, so as the semi final 2, but the best goes to 2013 because of the final opening, the artists' introduction on the bridge looks cooler than on stage, plus i don't like the running flags on 2014 before the artists' introduction, looks unnecessary.

Interval acts: Both, the best semi final 1 interval goes to 2014 because it's not boring , but the best semi final 2 interval goes to 2013 because it's more unforgettable, and the best final interval goes to both Rainmaker and Swedish Smörgåsbord, both were enjoyable on their own.

Postcards: 2013, both are fun to watch actually, but making flags is more predictable than the artists' life so i choose 2013 .

Graphics: Both, the butterflies and the diamonds both were great.
