Trintje had one of my favourite songs in 2015 but her staging was an epic trainwreck.

I had similar feeling with Sennek. But she basically didn't had a staging. Just standing between people with flags. That was so dumb. You can really create an atmosphere with a James Bond-kinda song and what did he decide? Just stand between the crowd with their flags and look lovely into the camera.

Marvin Dietmann is very creative with these kinds of songs that require a classy staging for conveying the emotionalism.

I doubt he can pull of an uptempo fuego staging, but that remains to be seen.

That Belgian (or Dutch?) stage director really likes doing something on stage with closeups of eyes: Netherlands 2015, Belgium 2018 and now again.

Okay it seems like Romania is also going to be borderline/nq. Tbh I wasn't confident on her live performance going in.

I don't know what you are talking about, it seems like they are conveying the story of the song really well, so Romania is absolutely still in it to go through, as long as she gets more stable vocally.

It's really hard to say in this semi who will get thru. It seems that quite a few are borderlines after the rehearsals. :unsure:
