With every rehearsal clip coming in my respect for Geike from Hooverphonic grows. Singing exactly like the studio version and no crazy or dramatic dances, outfits or choreography. It's like she is a mature vocal teacher between a lot of young, girly screamers.

I am so sad that the stagings for Israel and Azerbaijan didn't quite meet the mark.
I was so hopeful prior rehearsals that they will help to elevate Eden and Efendi more.

I don't know what much can they do at this point. Israel at least seems more promising as they could just take away certain elements to make the performance less clunky as per the commentators. As for Azerbaijan, I really don't know what they can do.

Roxen's staging concept seems great. It's basically a translation of the music video and the lyrics of the song.
It would be amazing and be a contender....if they had a singer able to move that much and at least keep a note. Roxen will really have to work hard, or they'll just have to cut down a lot in the choreo and possibly destroy the whole concept.

:az: The dress design-wise is great, we've seen so much worse today and yesterday. It's that the designer could've made sure the shoulder poofs and the colar didn't cover too much of Efendi's cute short neck.

The song is made for flashy/pretty visual performances and they seem to have nailed that. Now hopefully the camera shots look good as well no static faraway shots like with Aisel's pls

I mean, were you expecting songs like Azerbaijan, Croatia or Israel to not have crazy or dramatic dances and choreographies?

Guys what are you talking about? :D I like Efendi's costume, I think it looks stylish. Backdrop is also interesting. Vocals were also very good! I always thought she is a great singer and has a natural charm.

The outfit was wearing her more than expected: the shoulder pads were pretty big for her small stature and the collar made her neck disappear. Efendi herself is very charming on the photos and the rehearsal clip, though.

I like the LED visuals on Azerbaijan, the pattern and colours looks neat. I agree with empo on the outfit that they could have made it look a little less like she has no neck. Hopefully in future rehearsals they'll bring some pyros of some sort, a song like that does need some 🔥. As well as improve the possible weak vocals.

Efendi doesn't have the natural flair as a singer-dancer. She looks uncoordinated and tired.

I don't think Efendi is the type to perform energetic dance routine, yes. But does everybody have to be like this? I think she is cute by just doing her thing.

I think Romanian staging is too ambitious for a newbie like Roxen.
Maybe simplify the choreo a bit and focus on her as a singer.
