Of course not, nobody did. That´s just Emanuel's invention to create a diversion. He of all people knows very well what he's done. Anyway, that´s over now. In a few days he won't have time to think about any of that as he'll have a very busy schedual going everywhere and attending everything. All on him evidently.
RTP is relaxed and overjoyed. They too knew exactly what they were doing when they created the one week long ilimited voting.

And there are even people who are actually happy too! All's well when it ends well xcheer

Yes. RTP nows that Emanuel can afford everything and so they don't have to waste any extra money

Oh please, there is no evidence that the voting was illegitimate, so please stop writing like it's a well-known fact just because you don't like the song or it wasn't as popular before the final. Time to move on. It's really annoying to read these kind of posts weeks after the selection, people will always blame something when things don't go the way they want.

Suzy's song was the best, in my opinion, and it's one of the best songs this year. Can't wait to see her final version and hopefully Portugal will make the final!

Oh please to you too. You don't know anything really but you like the song so hey, you can't be bothered. I do so wish that liking or disliking the song would stop popping up in these discussions, but there you are There was nothing illegimate that's right, RTP saw to that and imorality doesn't pay fine and never will.
It is only in the movies that the bad guys get punished in the end, in real life they prosper because you can always count on those stupid enough to slap their backs encouragingly.

guilty pleasure

I'm getting sick of reading this expression on every other line, that's how these clichés can really get on your nerves. If you like something you like it and that's it. Nobody needs to apologize for having bad taste.

Personally I hear almost all the kinds of music except rock, hard rock and hip-hop. So I haven't got a clear guilty pleasure. But if I have to consider one it's sure :md:

The thing here is, and I repeat it: making assumptions of what might have happened, without proof, is dangerous. Clearly saying it has happened without a shade of evidence is a serious mistake.

Proof is not within our reach. It would be extremely easy to get it though, as calls are quickly traceable. If he was innocent he would be the first person to demand that be done and made public. Any innocent person would want that. Instead, he has made threats and acted the victim.
His would be the winning song anyway, of course, as the rules allowed everything, but he would have to face public humilliation. RTP too would have a lot of explaining to do.

I do believe that we, as part of the voting public, deserved this and just saying "there's no proof, there's no proof" like it's some kind of divine impossibility doesn't do us much credit.

And how on Earth can any credit be found in those accusations? :)

Even you told me before NF, what is going to happen so...I do not need much of proves when last qualifying song (and it easily could not finish in the final for example) from SF, wins with so big margin in the final later...over 4 songs against whom that song lost just week before...ok if it was better than one or two songs...but all competition...and such margin...I think no one is crazy here. ;)
