My BEJBA queen has repeated the success of king Serhat.xheya

-the majority didn't believe in them at the beginning
-I did
-qualified to the final
-the juries robbed both
-top 10 in televote
-19th place

I'M SO PROUD!

to continue:

124 points for both in the semi final from televote
12 points for both from the jury in the final

To put it here, in terms of Grand Final TELEVOTING results, Poland aka Bejba Kween is the TOP SF2 finalist.

There's an element of Mean Girls about Blanka and as the shallow gay I am, I have only wound up stanning. It felt like there was pure murder in her eyes at some points in her performance, which may have been aimed at the ex in the song, or perhaps at her haters who she thanked in the press conference. I'm no girlbop lover but there's something about the whole 'obvious villain' role she's played all season that only made me enjoy Blanka more :xo: the Bejba dress is what cemented it for me.

I must say despite this originally being my most hated song of the year, she did a good job in Liverpool with vocals (and backing vocals ofc). Overall a good and catchy performance, I got to enjoy it. Let's hope more transparency from TVR for coming national finals, by the way.

I have to admit, I like the role she was playing. Herself, the victim, staying strong and a big F U to the haters. I think she liked playing that role and she did it well. In the end she didn’t end up last in my ranking because the sparkles in her eyes while giggling inside about the haters and the stuff about her were hilarious.

By the way, I LOVED Jann, it was an incredible song but seeing how low Luke Black ended with his I don’t think Jann would have come far with that kind of extravaganza…

So has anyone in Poland said Bejba Kween managed to qualify (& came third in her semi) is due to diaspora voting or her rich daddy managed to rig the contest by engaging SIM-card army? Or they have accepted the fact that the song is in fact very catchy and people actually vote for it because they like it?

The rich daddy couldn't have achieved much, that's obviously ridiculous, but the truth is that we the Polish people are everywhere and the diaspora voting helped as well.

But diaspora voting didn't save Daddy Rafal (and other instances) and Bejba Kween got more hatred than him, then suddenly the diaspora came out in solidarity to vote for her? Interesting.

Bejba hot, Rafal not. If you're hot things just happen that favor you. There is a reason the beauty industry is such an absolute behemoth.
