I mean the 80s sound is really popular within mainstream music again (The Weeknd, Dua Lipa) and eurovision entries become more and more current and modern so it's no surprise that they also have this sound.

The song in the Polish NF is dire and cheesy but his 'live' vocals is alright? I expected a bigger trainwreck.

The thing is I am afraid the ESC song may not be something he is comfortable with and he may look lost.
But the music video is pretty decent. I do like the song though. Basic but pretty listenable.

Anyway looks like the rumours were true after all, which um, lol? Why? The song sounds IDENTICAL to the demo the Swedish songwriter released earlier (my mind insists she's called Clara Klingenström but this Clara WISHES she could come up with a 'Behöver inte dig idag') except it's worse because Rafal's in it. Why didn't they just give it to Alecja? Why is Poland so fucking bad at adult ESC when they've been owning JESC left, right and centre.

Beats fucking me, but it's an easy NQ lol. I love uptempo electropop, but this shit is just rly boring to me. It's a though I should score it lower on the PRINCIPLE of being lazy and pointless. Perhaps I am growing soft in my old age.
