I seriously think it's neither Rafał nor Alicja at this stage.. I mean, why would they explicitly say that they submitted songs to TVP but haven't heard back from them? - Some countries have already filmed the back - up performances and I mean, I'm pretty sure even someone like Rafał needs some sort of time to think about the staging and stuff.

People claim it can't be either Alicja or Rafał because allegedly they haven't heard anything from TVP, but then you forget that whoever it is might be under a contract with TVP with a "non-reveal clause" which gives TVP the sole right to reveal if they've been chosen and hence they can't really say anything substantial if asked by the public?

Not saying it will be any of them, but such a clause makes total sense and I think it's used by most broadcasters.

Margaret won't go. She's not really mainstream anymore also the album is a rap album exposing a lot of the things from the music industry in Poland. She's kinda doing her own thing now. Media also called her a crackhead for talking in songs about ppl taking drugs backstage of big music festivals etc.
