I think I know why. (This is pretty much a fun fact info and I feel like sharing it :D)

After Turkey's unexpected first "promising" good result, Sebnem Paker wanted to release the song within her next (or first?) album. But Mehtap Alnitemiz, the songwriter of the song, she claimed a crazy amount of money for the copyright... Paker, who was unable to meet that unrealistic amount, changed the lyrics and released an "alternate version" of the song in the end. You can find the alternate version with somewhat different lyrics here.

...but the alternativ version doesn't seem to be uploaded on to Spotify either :(
