I was kinda obsessed with this song for 2 days now while I was re-listening some songs of Nikolas Metaxas and organizing a future NF for WV and I couldn't wait to enter it somewhere, so I postponed the song I had in mind entering for next edition!

Nikolas Metaxas (born February 25, 1988 in New York, USA) is a Cypriot singer and songwriter who became famous after coming second in the first season of the Greek version of The X Factor. He was the runner up of that edition, finishing 2nd behind Loucas Yiorkas and above Triimitonio who came 3rd.
Before participating in The X Factor, he took part in Cyprus's national final for Eurovision Song Contest 2008 with two songs ("I Can't Be" and "Butterfly") with his song "I Can't Be" finishing 4 points behind the eventual winner Evdokia Kadi. The following year (2009) he participated as the songwriter and composer of the Cypriot entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow, Russia as his sister Christina Metaxa won the national final on 7 February 2009.
He is now in Boston, USA, and he released his first album, Square one on April 17 2011. He also released a DVD entitled "Live at the Armory", and "I Got Your Back" is taken from that DVD

Greek "alternative rock" has nothing to do with the international alternative rock! It's like from the earth to the moon! It's a genre called "entechno" (which means "artistic"). It's a combination of soft rock sounds with folk/traditional influences!
