It has almost half the points of Sweden. How can it be overrated?
I suggest a different point of view: maybe it's not Italy overrated but it's the other entries below that are all underrated.

OGAE correctly predicted the 2007 and 2009 winners, and came very close in 2010. It isn't always right, but is usually a good indicator.
