Congratulations Halito, I am happy that you managed to get a great result and win after such a long time of waiting........well done :)

Thank you everyone who voted for Belvist.

And thank you @Lenalite for the amazing show and also for those heartwarming messages for Belvist and Rahasia-Diati. As Veronika already said, we've read them and we were both very touched. Thank you once again xheart

See you everyone on the next NSC xcheer

Okay, I've finished everything I needed to do today, so I can finally scream into the void uninterrupted.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNN

Despite being ranked 3rd last in the NSC qualification stats and bottom half of the scoreboard in the PreGomesh, Halito has miraculously pulled off a third win. Not only that, but our wins are getting closer together! Halito won NSC 50, then 85 editions later we won NSC 135, and now 84 editions after that, Halito has won NSC 219. At this rate, our next win will be 83 editions from now, in NSC 302, and extrapolating this trend we will be winning every edition by NSC 3705! How thrilling!

I would like to thank everyone who voted for Halito! But before I do that, I would first like to give special thanks to New Bander State @ferret, with whom I exchanged 12s. Your entry this edition was incredible (in fact you have impeccable taste in general), and it would have been an honour to lose to you, had fate not seen it fit for me to emerge triumphant.

Thank you also to:
:12: ::beg ::mor ::ill ::xhu
:10: ::zom ::szk ::end ::com ::adb ::svo ::tad Necluda
:8: ::dal ::doi ::fer ::tro ::bif
:7: ::grf ::ugl
:6: ::nac ::moi
:5: ::tch ::xoc ::per Grand Duchy of Strenci
:4: ::sic ::aka ::cyd
:3: ::eff ::mat Waiting Iist
:2: ::che ::taa Tuzi
:1: ::kam ::yap

Looking at the above points, I'm not going to pretend like this victory wasn't in large part due to the huge influx of familiar faces that at long last graced our contest again in NSC 219. So I would also like to thank the nations who made the ultimate sacrifice by leaving NSC last edition!

Finally, I would like to address the hosting of NSC 220. For a very long time, I have considered myself incapable of ever hosting again, due to having much less free time than I used to. However, @Lenalite clearly played to her strengths this edition by focusing on taking advantage of her magnificent creative writing abilities, and I came to the realisation that I don't need inordinate amounts of free time to put on a worthy show; I just need to play to my strengths. So, to answer the inevitable question: yes, I will host NSC 220. Thank you for the inspiration, Unla. You can expect the confirmation thread to open shortly.

Though the entry itself is not my cup of tea, congrats Halito. And thank all of you for 9th in the semi and a top 15 overall for Meesha. I will keep working hard to one day get a victory of my own for my nation

Arigato Lenalite for a terrific edition!

Didn't have Halito's entry on my radar at all but finishing with like 100 points more than in the semi and REJU combined is impressive, congrats!

As for our result, getting our highest score in over 8 years is really awesome so huge thanks to everyone who voted for ::ora xheart xheart

Lastly thanks unla for the lovely hosting and bringing Lady Gaga Song Contest to life xrose

And I shall participate??

NSC has a maximum of 60 members, and we are currently at full capacity. If you wish to participate in NSC, you must first join the waiting list. When a nation on the roster leaves the contest, their spot is filled by the person at the top of the waiting list. See the following thread for more details on how this works, as well as instructions on how to join: https://www.escunited.com/forum/threads/current-member-roster-how-to-join-the-waiting-list.3132/

To answer your question, you will probably not be able to participate this edition, since there are several people on the waiting list already. But it's always possible that multiple people will decide to leave this edition, giving you an opportunity to join!

I meant to write this yesterday, but the forum was slow and giving me errors, but here we go:

Congrats ::hal! :D I really wanted to give Emei some points, but it ended 11th in my ranking. xrose

And altho ::nbs wasn't among my favorites, it looks like it's the highest scoring 2nd place ever, so congrats on that! xcheer

A bit disappointed to see that I won the tiebreaker for the last place in the semi, I hoped this would give me my first ever 27th place, especially after I started regretting sending the Full Vocal Mix instead of the radio version. Nothing I can do about that tho. Still, thanks for the points in the semi, nice to see that some of you liked it, and especially ::beg and ::oos for those 12s. xheart Also thanks to ::cyd, ::tan, WSN, ::moi, ::bif, ::per, ::tyb, ::mat, ::sla, ::svo and ::taa. :D

Thanks for a great edition @Lenalite, see you all in ::hal! :)

I'm sooo late but better late than never. Congratulations to Halito ::hal! Not a wacky song but a song many liked. I'm glad you won and decided to host. Lizard Kingdom will arrive in Halito in the next edition! :D

The results show was a thriller, I never expected to get so excited over the eventual placement of my favorite songs and my own song. :eek: A simple yet brilliant hosting from @Lenalite with a twist.

By the way Lenalite, thank you for those beautiful words you said during the first part of the results, I am genuinely touched by that. I will keep sending what I love and I will keep fighting with the dream of finally achieving my first victory. It means a lot
