Welcome to the NSC World Cup Contest, hosted by Comino and Halito! Luckily our countries are quite close together, so there won't be too much travelling around for those of you who are fortunate enough to have tickets to the event
The matches will be held in 4 different stadiums, 2 of which will be in Comino and 2 in Halito. The stadiums are located in:
-> Cominotto
-> Enofi Island
-> Feliz
-> Tyrann
We will begin with the group stage, after which there will be a knockout stage.
In each of the 8 groups 4 countries will be competing, the top 2 of which will proceed to the knockout stage. This will be decided primarily by points, and if two or more countries have the same number of points, it will be decided based on goal difference (you'll see what i mean when i reveal the results).
Everyone MUST vote in 4 of the groups. Countries in groups A, B, C and D must vote in their own group and the other 3 of those groups. Countries in groups E, F, G and H must vote in their own group and the other 3 of those groups. It is then optional to vote in the remaining groups. The exact voting system will be explained at the end of the post.

Voting will be different depending on if you are voting in your own group or a different group.
If you are voting IN YOUR OWN GROUP: Give 3 points to the best song, 2 to the second best and 1 to the worst.
If you are voting IN A DIFFERENT GROUP: Give 1 point to the best song.
Also, this might be obvious, but you can't vote for your own country

The deadline is Sunday 18th July, 23:59 CET.
P.S. The penalty for not voting or for voting incorrectly and failing to correct votes is disqualification.
