Welcome NSC-ers to the NSC World Cup Contest. This contest will be co-hosted in Halito and Comino. So here are some regulations and information about this event :
The main aim is to get 32 participants where each player gets to choose any country s/he wishes from all around the world. In order to have a balanced contest here are the places allocated to each continent :
Europe 10
Africa 5
Asia 6
South America 5
North & Central America and the Caribbean 4
Oceania 2
Antartica 0 (sry
)
Each player has to choose a country from these continents, then choose a song from that particular country to battle it out in order to win the World Cup Contest! The battles will take the form of :
Group Stage (8 groups of 4)
Round of 16
Quarter Finals
Semi Finals
Final
At first we will try to get 24 countries participating , so the first 24 countries will surely be participating. If we get more than 24 but less than 32 , those extra countries will unfortunately have to miss out. So encourage your friends to participate so no one will be left out ! Everyone can participate even Waiting List Countries.
If we have 24 countries the places would be :

Africa 3
Asia 5
S.America 4
N&C America 3
Oceania 2
Comino and Halito are in but haven't yet confirmed a country.
