Welcome once again! The qualifiers from the group stages will now take part in a knockout-style competition to take the title! :D Here is the tournament tree for the 16 qualifiers:

The deadline for voting is Saturday 24th July at 23:59 CET. (I will probably accept votes until 12:00 CET on the following day though)
All of the 32 countries MUST vote in all of the rounds of the knockout stage (except the matches which your country is in, if this applies).

They will suffer a fate worse than death.

In all honesty though, this contest will not work if people aren't prepared to vote once they're eliminated, especially in the later knockout rounds, so play it properly :D

(Countries not yet eliminated will simply be disqualified of course)

Ah yes, good idea :p That wouldn't have worked in the group stages, but it will work fine here :D

Soooo, Madagascar voted at the last minute. I will accept votes until 12CET tomorrow, but no later than that :p The results will follow shortly after that (not sure when exactly though).

EDIT: Serbia also voted last minute
