Heey everyone again! The qualification percentage ranking is back!
(I tried to be as accurate as possible, but if you notice any inaccuracies, please let me know and I'll fix them)

- PQ = qualification
- if the percentage is equal, the preference is given to nations with more participations
- new nations are probably going to be included only after two or three participations
- i'm still deciding on frequency of these statistics, but I guess it will eventually be every 3 editions

(new features)
- green background means that nation qualified (or pq) in the current edition
- red background means that nation failed to qualify in the current edition
- differences between previous positions and current ones are also indicated
